Jim Smith's Grand Tour of the Republic and Northern Ireland

Ardent Irish tourist Jim Smith has very kindly written a travel blog of the Republic and Northern Ireland. He is an alternative traveller as his descriptions and pictures show, and haas visited Ireland many times before. We have taken his best work and feature it with great pleasure. His tour starts in Eire and crosses the border to Northern Ireland; he visited the country on coach tours and by public transport. Copyright of text and pictures in this tour belongs to Jim.

On each page Jim [JS] provides his personal commentary, after which your editor [Ed] reflects on the picture and Jim's thoughts. We hope you enjoy this - please give it a Google '+1' if you do.
