January 2004: Charlemont stop

Construction was well underway in January on the Green line; this impressive bridge does not diminish from the canal underneath. Charlemont stop can be seen on the left hand side of the bridge; Harcourt Street is to the right and trams descend down a steep ramp to gain street level running at Adelaide Road. The picture also shows the cycle lane; Dublin has made increasing provision for cycle lanes in recent years.
