Parnell statue

Sue tells me that she loves the inscription on this statue and I totally agree. This statue may be found at the northern end of O'Connell Street, near the Gresham hotel and the Rotunda hospital. It is an interesting part of Dublin - it is worth continuing to Eccles Street (off Dorset Street) to see the wonderful Georgian Dublin doors. The Mater private hospital is in this part of the city, as is the famus 'Black' church.
