DIRECTIONS: Lower Gardiner Street [see map Q 46] is one of the streets that intersects with the Customs House and the camera zones are a stone's throw from that building [see map below]. From O'Connell Street take Middle Abbey Street and walk towards the rail overbridge (Loop line bridge) at the other end down the left hand side. Walk under the railway bridge and turn immediately left, again walking under the rail bridge. This is Lower Gardiner Street - having passed an exit ramp from the Irish Life car park you'll see the Social Welfare Office on your left.
